What does ‘natural ingredients’ mean?

Natural ingredients mean that all our products are free of additives and preservatives.

What makes Khaalis.pk products more healthy?

They are processed traditionally to preserve their nutritional value and to ensure great taste. 

What’s the story behind your traditional production methods?

Modern processing is done using products that taint the nutritional value of the products. Traditional processing such as stone grinding ensures that people receive the full benefit of the products as they should.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All the images on the website are of the products as they are, you will receive them as you see them in the picture.

Where can I find the shelf life of the product?

On the back of the products, you can find the shelf life.

You can find our complete range at the Haryali Store in DD Market, DHA 4, Lahore.

Where can I view my sales reciept?

A physical copy of the sales invoice is shipped with each order. If you want a digital copy you can reach out to us on the platform of your choice from the contact us page in the footer.

Will you restock items indicated as 'out of stock'?

If a product is marked as out of stock we try our best to make it available in a maximum time of 2 business days.

Where can I ship my order?

Shipping is available all over Pakistan.

What is the price of shipping and when is it free?

We offer free shipping on orders over Rs 3,500 otherwise shipping charges are Rs 350.

How can I return an item?

You can contact us on the number mentioned on the invoice included in your order or fill in the contact form bellow on this page. 

Our team will get back to you right away and in case of any valid claim you will be entitled to a complete refund or change of product as per your wish.
