Khaalispk provides website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at Khaalispk , to use our products or services. Khaalispk provides the services subject to the following terms and conditions. By using Products or Services through Khaalispk , you willfully out of free will unconditionally agree to these below conditions.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS:
When you use any of Khaalispk Service, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail / text message. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
COPYRIGHT:
All content included in or made available through any of the availed service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and data compilations is the property Solutions or its content suppliers and shall be protected and governed by laws of the land in Pakistan. All unwarranted copies of content are strictly prohibited and illegal.
TRADEMARKS:
In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any service are trademarks or service mark of Khaalispk or it’s affiliates or it’s content suppliers but you by availing of the services does not get any right for copying or using the same.
YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT:
If you register yourself with the portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility of authenticity of the information and for all activities that occur under your account or password. However, Khaalispk reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion with no damage or demure payable to you.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.
DISPUTES: Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Khaalispk Products / Service, or to any products or services sold or through Khaalispk will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistan. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
Delivery Policy:
1. If any Order place after 5:00 pm, it will be process for dispatch next day only.
2. Any order placed on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 5:00 pm, will be processed for dispatch on Monday evening due to limited shelf life (as we have no pick up on Sunday from courier).
3. Shipping address & contact information should be correct and any delay in delivery due to any incorrect information would be sole responsibility of the customers.
4. We use courier services for standard shipments
5. For delivery on a specific date (except holidays), please place your order at least 72 hours before delivery.
6. Payments can only be made by Cash on Delivery basis.
7. Please make sure that you are providing the entire information accurately specially the recipient’s Name, valid Address & Tel No.
Refund Policy:
Replacement – items not received in good condition: As the nature of the product is edible & perishable, The condition of the products needs to be checked by the customer at the time of receiving the order. There will be no refunds after the order has been received and paid for. The Customer is to confirm the products received have the expiry date mentioned and in case of any issue regarding the expiry date, the order is to be returned at the spot.
Cancellation Policy:
Order can only be canceled before delivery is completed. 100% Delivery charges will be applicable on order cancellations by customer once order has reached.
Food items
Please be advised that customer is solely responsible for evaluating and selecting products and determining whether each product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for the purchaser’s use and method of application.
All items / products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Any Customers that have any form of medical condition, food intolerance or food allergies we strongly recommend to please consult with your medical specialist before purchasing any food items that may have allergens or ingredients that you may be sensitive to and it is strictly advised that you read labels of individual products before purchasing the same.
Customers having a medical condition, food intolerance or food allergies need to be aware of this risk.
Seller does not assume any liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of its products except in cases where the damage is proximately caused by a characteristic of a product that renders the product defective and that defect is attributable to the seller as defined in the relevant consumer law provided that such damage arose from a reasonably anticipated use of the product by the customer.
