Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable items (like food products) may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear pictures of the product as proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products returned after the specified time period
